In the world full of sightings and happenings, it is quite common that we try to hide certain issues from our loved ones, HEY! we all are humans that is the reason why we don’t judge.
It’s in our blood, we breathe it, we spit it, we seem to throw it away but do we really? Most of the time we say to our selves like, it’ll be alright let me just lie this once, i mean what bad could happen? the moment you say those words you know and realize that there’s no going back. Here’s what we neglect the most, a LIE is like a leaking pipe, after a test of time it accumulates and starts to get bigger and bigger and bigger annnnnnnnddddddddd! bigger! Here’s a scenario, you are a high school student, you get into trouble at school smoking stone and they issue you a C.P (call your parent). You get home quite alright and show the slip to your mother or father, so they want to know why the slip and you say “they found me studying in the basket ball court, we exchanged words and i was taken to the principal”
Your parents head for your principal’s office and finds a different cause, to save your neck you will cook up a big bowl of lie to cover up and connect both lies, as you talk, you learn that your “LIE” is getting steeper and steeper. As long as you don’t put an end to it it grows and it begins to trigger that guilt inside. On August 2–5, 2012 there was a study by the AMERICAN PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSOCIATION which showed that “Telling the truth when tempted to lie can significantly improve a person’s mental and physical health, according to a “Science of Honesty” study presented at the American Psychological Association’s 120th Annual Convention.
String by string that #love, #trust and #concern that those close to us had for us starts to fade, when you see these signs that’s when you need to ask yourself: Was it worth it?
You see in this world, it’s not about us making everything look perfect. As long as you are HUMAN you’ll tremble, you’ll trip and you’ll fall, just tell the truth for the sake of you living a healthy life.
