POWER!
It is the will to accomplish the unreachable, power makes one feel complete, power upgrades and pairs you with the ELITE, power will make you go around the world a thousand times. What is your power? What are you good at? That’s your power. In a world full of voices that speak the unavoidable, it is very hard to hear the true passion calling, hard to open on the right knock. This is why we need to be very careful when choosing a field to venture in, because it may just happen to be the wrong knock. Here are some of the few things that helped me find mine and in one way or the other help you figure out your true calling;

1. WHAT ARE YOU GOOD AT AT THE MOMENT?
The answer to this question is straightforward, the niche that you can point out and say you can really do with no issues. Brother! You have arrived, a lot of times we make a mistake by going after some flashy industry, we are like because my friend graduated in civil engineering we should also study engineering and we lose ourselves. We are all born differently, and the things that our passion hungers for differs as we grow. Have you ever asked yourself why when you were kids you and your friends all wanted to be doctors but when you grew up none of you actually studied medicine, you get my point? Passion depends on how much discipline you have if do not have enough it will fade easily and you will be back on the same road searching for the same thing “passion”. If the habit you have picked up is taking care of you and your family and you are happy, develop discipline over it, and it will take care of you until you die.
2. TRY MULTIPLE THINGS!

A lot of people do this step after a niche they thought was it fails, but you are in luck. I’m assuming the reason you are reading this is that you want to be free from the 9 to 5 kind of jobs, being yelled at by someone who knows nothing about the work you do for him. This step will drain you, it will need you at your best. In this phase, you will write down three niches where you will finally get to pick the final niche that you will be doing in long term, remember it has to be something that you will like and love to do. Otherwise minus that nothing will work, pick something that you can do all day and don’t feel like you have been drained severely. For instance, if you enjoy taking pictures of younger sister playing around with your cat, try starting a photography agency, if you enjoy going out scuba diving and recording your knowledge, try being a marine biologist, if you find news agencies hiding the truth in their articles, start your own news line if you are moved by music engineering software, be a producer if you are interested in making a novel, start your own manuscript. The list can go on and on, and the truth is there is a lot that can be achieved in this world and it is unlimited. Dream huge…
3. DON’T FOLLOW THE MONEY TRAP!
Alright I get it, money is good or rather money is sweet from my Nigerian friends there, but this concept leads us to tears and disappointments every time. Let me give you a spark, if you are about to start your own online marketing agency and out of the blues comes this millionaire who owns a massive online marketing agency and offers you a six-figure annual salary, as a normal person you will go for the cheque. I say 98.7% will go for the cheque. Why?
Here’s why human beings tend to make some sort of calculations before they venture into anything. The guy may say, “I’m just starting on my online marketing agency and that man has been in business for far too long, I do not even know if I will make any money the first two years and I do not even know very much about this niche I am about the venture in.”
I say that is crazy, in normal circumstances it only takes about six months to stabilize a new business, after that you can even rely on your business to feed and house you. Sometimes you should ask yourself why big brands employ the smartest in the community it is the exact same thing they do with small companies similar to theirs with potential, it is to remove competition. Back to the topic, do not follow the big money bags, follow your passions and there you will find even bigger bags. I will give you an example of NIKLAS CHRISTL a Germany YouTuber and travel vlogger, NIKLAS quit his job working for the most elite car racer to pursue his passion in creating authentic content and sharing it with the world, and now when you look at his channel is wildly growing and he is bagging big! Take your first step.
4. DON’T LISTEN TO THEM!
Let’s talk about support, honestly, it will be slim. The people around you will show little or no regard for whatever you will be talking them into, maybe your parents or siblings may show some concern but the overall truth is the kind of support you thought you would get is not the support you will get from the people around you, at times it can be fatal to the point where you will have little motivation to even begin on a new project. In times like that, you need to understand that we are born differently, where you would normally see a river of honey some may see a river of death so just forge ahead and show them that you joined the right team after all. They say things that will drag you into the mud, but you do not have to listen to them simply hear them. The way most of your families and friends operate is the belief that there is no success outside traditional jobs that were tailored hundreds of years ago, you see during the European industrial revolution, governments put in measures to have the right people working on those sites. That’s where we find even industrial schools where they produced students who would go to the jobs they were customed to and wish their children would take on their legacy. Follow your passions and dreams, it does not matter what anyone thinks.
5. DISCIPLINE!
Discipline, if there is a magical world it is this one. Discipline will take you places you have never been before, to tell you the truth if you have implemented all the above but do not want to implement this one, you will never get there. Let’s face it, discipline is not an ugly word where when someone talks about it to you, you get angry and moody around that person. Rather let us receive the coaching and use that to better ourselves. Without discipline, you will never go anywhere. Do you know why undisciplined people are wreckless at every opportunity given? Accept your weakness and use that to become ten times better.
